About the role

We want someone to be the central nervous system of Mounterra. This is a dual-threat role combining People Operations (HR) and Executive Coordination. You won't just be "scheduling"; you will be the face of the company for our clients and the first point of contact for our future talent. You’ll work directly with the founders to ensure the engine of the business runs without friction. This isn't a desk job—it’s the boardroom of a scaling startup. What You’ll Do 1. Talent Scouting: Own the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing top-tier candidates to conducting initial screenings. 2. Client Liaison: Schedule and manage high-stakes client meetings, ensuring the founders are prepared and the clients are impressed. 3. In-Person Engagement: Represent Mounterra in physical meetings, interacting with stakeholders and building professional rapport. 4. People Ops: Handle onboarding, internal culture, and the "human" side of our growing team. 5. Executive Support: Act as the right hand to the founders, managing priorities and clearing bottlenecks before they become problems. What You Walk Away With 1.
