Growth Associate (Content & Marketing)

Most companies want someone to "manage content." We want someone who understands that every post is a funnel, every reel is a pitch, and attention is currency. You will own Mounterra's presence on LinkedIn and Instagram - from ideation to publishing to converting followers into qualified leads. You'll work directly with the founders, and you'll see exactly how content turns into revenue. This is not a creative corner. This is the frontline of growth. What You'll Do 1. Create and publish content - posts, reels, short-form videos - consistently 2. Build simple lead funnels through social platforms 3. Engage with inbound audiences - DMs, comments, replies 4. Track what works, cut what doesn't, and double down on results 5. Experiment with new content formats and own the outcomes What You Walk Away With 1.
