About the role

Rejection doesn't shake you. A quiet pipeline does. You will be the first voice potential clients hear from Mounterra. Your job is to reach out, ask the right questions, and start conversations that lead to real business. You'll work calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn - and you'll be rewarded directly for what you close. No fluff. No busy work. Just outreach, follow-up, and results. What You'll Do 1. Reach out to prospects via cold calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn 2. Identify client needs and qualify leads before passing them forward 3. Schedule discovery meetings with the founding team 4. Follow up consistently — because deals die in silence 5. Maintain basic tracking of outreach activity and response rates Compensation 1. High commission per closed deal 2.
